Eliza C. Elwell (1836) d. 3rd qtr 1919 at Wandsworth (bmd). Francis took a degree at Jesus College, Cambridge in 1854; he brought up 9 children in a house on Regents Park Terr. ("Iron Elwells"). He, son of Jonathan, esq. of St Pancras, was admitted to Jesus College 1852, BA 1856, MA 1859 (Cambridge alumni site). The mother in law of Francis, Eliza Pullen, had a sister, Frances, who was mother in law of George Henry Elwell, brother of Francis.
