LeRoy McGrew is at the same address listed as a lodger. He is also a carpenter. Another lodger, also is a carpenter, and his name is (unreadable) Robert. They are all about the same age.

World War I Draft Registration, Twin Falls, Twin Falls, ID, Sept 12, 1918. Forrest Milton Wick, 428 2nd Ave N, Twin Falls, ID, age 38, born March 28, 1878 (seven shows as a one), white, native born, occupation is contractor, self employed at his res. address, then he lists Mrs Winifred Wick, same address as above and signs his full name. On the next page he says he has a medium build and height with blue eyes. He said "no" to any disability.

Wick was incorrectly recorded by the census taker or unclearly written as NICK and was indexed as such. I submitted a correction. But, I will show it as enumerated, even though that is in error.

Forrest's work:

In the funeral notes for Edith Wick Thompson, Warren Harkins says that in 1925 Forrest finished building the house he would raise his family in -- a house which has now been declared a local historic site specifically because of the quality of the construction. There is a plaque on the house today.
