Feroline Walley Pierce b. 1810. Feroline Walley, born 1810, married Rev. Thomas Bailey Fox, October 27, 1831. Three of her four sons enlisted into the service of their country from Boston. The eldest, Charles was a Major of a Massachusetts Regiment, stationed at Folly Island near Charleston, S. C.; the third son, John, was an Adjutant of the famous Second Regiment of Mass.; the youngest son, Thomas, was a Captain in the same Second Regiment, but received death wounds at the battle of Gettysburg.
