She was the daughter of William and Mary Brinson Dixon of NC. She was the wife of John D. Warner Jr, a Sherriff of Bedford County, TN, in 1815. They were married on November 11, 1810. John was also a census taker, and he died in 1834. This left Eunice to raise her four young sons and two daughters. Then, at her daughter's death she was left with three Wilhoite grandchildren when their mother, Huldah Brinson Warner Wilhoite had died. Her son Richard, died the year after her husband John, and her son Will, died five years after John's death. By 1850 she also had in her care her niece, Amanda M. Dixon, whose mother had died. And also, in her charge was Benjamin Smith, her brother-in-law, in his 70's, whose wife Keziah Dixon Smith had died. Keziah was Eunice's sister. Amanda's father, Harry Dixon, was the son of Matthew Dixon, Eunice's brother. Eunice was the youngest sister of; Jedediah, Josiah, Anny (Perry), Keziah (Smith), Matthew, and John. Both Eunice and her brother John, each named a daughter with the middle name Brinson. And Eunice's brother Jedediah, married Nancy Brinson.
