Ethel Davis Huffaker (1888-1937) was a close friend of her niece, Liliu Davis, daughter of her older brother, Albert John Davis. Their age difference was only four and one-half years. Ethel was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as a teacher in the Primary Association of the Forest Dale Ward. During her life, she lived in four different wards, where at one time or another, served as an officer and teacher in all of the auxiliary associations, except Religion Class and Genealogical Associations. She was a member of the Primary Stake Board of the Salt Lake Stake at the time of her marriage in 1916, at 28.
