Esther Moles was baptised on 12th December 1779 at Stotfold in Bedfordshire, daughter of Susan Moles (whose maiden name was also Moles) and her husband Richard Moles.

Esther's father died in 1783, when she was three years old. Her mother died less than two years later, and Esther died just a couple of weeks after her mother, being buried on 20th June 1785, aged four.

   Although the name here is given as Elizabeth, the fact that her burial refers to her mother, and that there is no trace of her mother having had a daughter named Elizabeth, suggests that this is probably Esther.
