    Emmett J. Reigle, 57, of Rt. 2, Scio, died Tuesday evening in Ohio Valley Hospital at Steubenville after a week's illness. A self employed sawmill operator he was born February 25, 1917 in Loudon Twp., a son of the late David and Elizabeth (Colar) Reigle and was a life resident of Carroll County. He was a member of Kilgore Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
    Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Allen (Mary) Scott of Kilgore; two sisters, Mrs. Leroy (Nellie) Davis and Mrs. Owen (Blanche) Salmon, both of Rt. 2, Scio, and one grandson. His wife, Faye (Mattern) Reigle, died September 8, 1973. Four brothers are also deceased. Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Sweeney Funeral Home at Carrollton with Rev. John Schicher officiating. Burial will be in Kilgore cemetery.
