info verified by herself. (Feb 92) A letter from Paula with notes from Emma to Gertrud indicates that at that 

 time it has been 56 years since Emma moved to Switzerland.  The letter is
 dated 9 Jun 1986 from Nierensdorf (Zuerich).

!DEATH: info from a phone call from Paul Ryser to Gertrud Ruf on 23 Feb 96. 

 Gertrud Ruf attended the memorial service on Thursday, the 29th of Feb 96. She remembers that Emma's husbands grave was opened and her urn with her ashes in it placed therein on Monday the 26th of Feb 1996. (22 Mar 96)
