Ellice Doughty, 79

WINGO, Ky. — Services for Ellice Lee Doughty, 79, of Wingo will be at 2 p.m. today at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Revs. David Brasher and Robert Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Willis Cemetery.

Mr. Doughty died at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.

He was a retired mechanic and a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Mr. Doughty was also a member of Wingo Lions Club and Mayfield Seniors Club.

Surviving are his wife, Linda Doughty; one daughter, Cathy Johnson of Latham, Tenn.; four sisters, Lomega Allen of Fulton, Amy Haygood of Martin, Tenn., Rosa Fulcher of Ruthville, Tenn., and Ruthie Prince of Chicago; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Debbie Marie Doughty, and four brothers. His parents were Tom and Ada (sic: Ida) Duke Doughty.
