Elizabeth (Scott) Rugg, 80, of Forwood Manor, Brandywine Hundred, Del., formerly of Allentown and Rehoboth Beach, Del., died Monday, Oct. 6, in Christiana Hospital, Newark, Del. She was the wife of Gordon Robbins Rugg, who died in 1988. She was a nurse at Wilmington (Del.) Hospital. She served on the Altar Guild of St. Alban's Episcopal Church, Wilmington and All Saints Episcopal Church, Rehoboth Beach. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Rehoboth and Lewes, Del., and a former member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
