Another source list her as Betsy A. Riggin born 23 Oct 1799, Sevier Co.,TN. (Ancestr y File - LDS May 1999) If her father is the James who died in Sevier Co., TN she would morelikely have been born in Sevier Co., TN. This is doubtful.TheRiggan/Reagan of Sevier Co., TN are probably related. I feel thatthe information on the Georgia Speers and Riggins is correct.
