    [10 Dec 1694?]: Petition of Thomas Very that petitioner haveing married Elizabeth the Daughter of John Procter Deceas'd, that he is informed that my sd Father did make a will and left it in the Hands of Joseph Procter in Chebacco, and requests that s'd Procter be cited to produce will.
    [Note: will names eldest sons Joseph and Benjamin, directs estate to be split equally, notes show a payment of £17-6-8 to each, including "Elizabeth" [surname not given].]

  3. From probate of her husband Thomas Very [Essex Probate 28581]: 14 Nov 1735: Warrant to appraise real estate of Thomas Verry late of Salem Dec'd w'ch was formerly lay'd out to his widow Eliz'a Very as her right of Dower. The account appears to actually place funeral charges in 1734.
