Elizabeth "Betty" Loughner, 83, of Grapeville, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011, at her residence. She was born May 16, 1928, in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Leo and Martha (Bigelow) Otto. Betty was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette. In addition to parents she was predeceased by her husband, William E. Loughner, in 2004; a son, John Loughner; and a brother, James Otto. She is survived by two sons, Eric Loughner and wife, Debra, of Fairfax Station, Va., and Chris Loughner, of Grapeville; a daughter-in-law, Mary Loughner, of Jeannette; grandchildren, Joe Loughner and wife, Patti, Lisa Loughner, David Loughner and Anne Loughner; two sisters-in-law, Helen Otto, of Souderton, and Helen Reger, of Claridge; and numerous nieces and nephews.
