"Elizabeth{2} O'Killey (David{1}) born Yarmouth. Married in Yarmouth, May 1, 1707 Silas{3} Sears born 1661 died 1732. His second marriage. No Issue.
The will of Silas Sears stated, "I give unto my loving wife Elizabeth Sears the privilege of one room in my dwelling house, which she shall choose to dwell in, so long as she shall continue my widow, with a privilege in my oven, cellar, and well for water, and one-third of my moveable estate." Elizabeth also received his "right and interest which I have in my Indian girl called Mercy," who was bound to Silas by indenture. The widow in addition was provided with certain quantities of food, viz., rye and corn, firewood, and provisions for a horse or mare for transportation "for to ride when she pleases."
