Benjamin O'Killey, (David{1}) born in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, married first at Barnstable August 2, 1709 Mary Lumbart born in 1688, a daughter of Benjamin and Sarah (Walker). He married second Lydia Killey who died in 1772. Benjamin, like his brother, received his allotment in the Division of Common Lands in 1712. It might seem that he was a favorite son, for he was left the homestead and stock after his mother's decease. He also was the recipient of his father's gun, his sword, and great chest. Children: Reuben born January 29, 1710. Abigail born June 30, 1714; married July 30, 1730 at Eastham, Thomas Brown. Susannah born August 12, 1717 in Medford. Mary born April 8, 1720; died June 4, 1804. Eleazer born May 1, 1729. Benjamin born October 8, 1733; died September 29, 1824.
