    Anna Dyer deposed 27 Aug 1781 that her "Grandfather Frances Small gave hur father Daniel Small his Deed that bears Date One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve" [dated "Last day of October", see p. 1588-89] he said "his Son Daniel had Maintained him and his Wife Six or Seven Years and Must Maintain them as Long as they Live'd".
