Elizabeth Eggleston, daughter of Joseph and Judith (Segar) Eggleston, was born on 19 April 1764.
Elizabeth married John Archer on 24 April 1788 at Amelia County, Virginia, then 18 years his junior.[1] She and her husband were identified as daughter and son-in-law in her father's will.

According to Eggleston Family History, John and Elizabeth had four children that reached maturity, none married.
Elizabeth died in March 1826 and was buried at Archer (Red Lodge) Cemetery, Amelia County. Virginia. Her memorial has a photo of her memorial plaque and links to those of family members.[3]
