Elizabeth F. Hout,93, of Bremerton, died Tuesday at Forest Ridge Convalecent Center. She was born March 19,1896, in Portland,Oregon. She moved to Bremerton with her parents John and Barbara Dick, in the early 1900's After attending schools in West Bremerton, she moved to Renton,King County, where she owned a cafe before World War II. During the war,she worked for the Boeing Company as a mechanic, and was a member of Aero Mechanics UNion No. 751. Following her retirement from Boeing, Mrs. Hout moved to Loomis,Okanogan County, where she was a member of Loomis,garden Club. In 1982 when she became too ill to care for herself, she returned to this area to live with her daughter at Wildcat Lake. She moved to Forest Ridge in 1985. Mrs. Hout is survived by her daughter,Alice Holland;sisters Hallie Chandler,Hulda Eskridge and Helena Weedin and brother Lawrence Dick of Bremerton; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.' Services will be scheduled later. Arrangements are under the Lewis Funeral Chapel.
