- August 27, 1787. " Andrew Fitzpatrick Assignee of Samuel Davis heir at Law of Elinor Davis who in her lifetime was Assignee of William Davis, Plaintiff -vs- William McCutcheon, Defendant; Defendant being called and not appearing the Judgment against him and William Dunham is Confirmed for Forty pounds due by a Penal Bill who they of are ordered to pay unto the Plaintiff together with Cost (Note: Samuel Davis & William Davis were brothers, Andrew Fitzpatrick was their brother in law married to Mary Davis)
