ROSER Altmar-- Edwin A. Roser, 76, a resident of County Route 30, died Thursday at the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home, Watertown. Mr. Roser was a native of Orwell and had lived in Altmar most of his life. Prior to his retirement in 1983, he was employed 60 years as a dairy farmer. He is survived by two brothers, Wilfred of Vienna and Osman of Altmar; a sister, Isabell Dwyer of Altmar; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held...
