From Samantha Olivia (Stoker) Lowery, correspondent. He served in the Civil War in the 5th Iowa Regiment in Fall 1863. Heresided in Idaho for a ti me. There are a few post that were written tohim. It is presumed that he died before 1937 sin ce he is not listed as asurvivour in George's obituary yet his sister is.
