Obituary

"North Liberty -- Mrs. Edith L. Trump Folk, of Route 2, North Liberty, formerly of Mishawaka, died at 7 PM Sunday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness of two days. Born in Marshall County, Indiana, December 23, 1897, she had lived in the North Liberty area for nine years, coming from Mishawaka. She was married March 26, 1948, in Goshen, Indiana, to Howard N. Folk. Surviving are the husband; two sons, Donald K. Trump, of Edwardsburg, Michigan, and Dean R. Trump, of Galion, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Miller, of Mishawaka; six grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Steele, of North Liberty, and Mrs. Frances Howard, of Noblesville, Indiana, and four brothers, Russell Watkins of Bremen, Indiana; Claude Watkins, of Walkerton, Indiana; Earl Watkins, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and Walter Watkins, of South Bend. Friends may call in the Brink funeral home , Lakeville, Indiana, from 2 PM today until 11 AM Wednesday, when the body will be taken to the North Liberty Methodist Church for services there at 2 PM Wednesday. Rev. Ray Mills will officiate, with burial in the Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star No. 290, North Liberty, of the WSCS of the East Methodist Church in Mishawaka, and the Riley Women's Club. She was active in local women's clubs." S8
