George W. Trump, age 53, of 1512 East 3rd Street, died at 4:15 AM today in St. Joseph Hospital where he had been taken Wednesday night following a heart attack at home. He had been in failing health for two and half years. Born in this county Feb. 22, 1888, he had lived in Mishawaka for the last 22 years, coming here from Teegarden, Indiana. On June 5, 1920, he was married in Plymouth, Indiana, to Miss Edith Watkins, who survives.
Mr. Trump was employed by the Mishawaka Rubber and Woolen Manufacturing company. Also surviving are two sons, Donald D. and Dean R., and a daughter, Lucille I., all at home; three brothers, Clarence E. and Carl Trump, both of Plymouth and Orville Trump, of Bremen, Indiana; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Samuels and Mrs. Rebecca Ward, both of Plymouth; and Mrs. Lavinna Lemert, of LaPlaca, Indiana. The body was taken to Bubb's funeral home.

Funeral services for George W. Trump, age 53, of 1512 East 3rd Street, who died Thursday, will take place at 2:30 PM Saturday in East Mishawaka Methodist Church. Rev. Donald Bailey, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the residence until 11 AM Saturday when the body will be taken to the church. Mr. Trump was a world war veteran having served with battery B. 35th field artillery, from July 23, 1918, to January 31, 1919. Mishawaka post No. 161, American Legion, will conduct rites at the grave and members of the post will be pallbearers.
