    They had 11 children, 5 sons and six daughters, seven of whom survive
    Four sons served in the Civil War: Sylvester, the oldest, in 111th Ohio Infantry, died in Atlanta; Josiah in 189th Ohio; Calvin in 26th Illinois; Howard in 12th Indiana Calvary
    Ebenezer and family settled in Richland Township, Steuben County in September 1852; he and his wife moved to Camden, Michigan about 1 year ago to live with daughter Mrs. Hannah Ellis
    Ebenezer died in Camden 6 October 1896
