Syracuse Herald, 14 Oct 1928: MAN ARRESTED ON WIFE'S COMPLAINT Clyde Durgee of Rochester was arrested yesterday afternoon by Detectives William Metzger and Alex Block on a warrant sworn out by his wife, Doris Durgee, charging him with non-support of herself and two children. Mrs. Durgee, who is employed at the Onondaga County Home, called police and said that her husband had called on her at the Home and was there at the time. Police went there and found Durgee, They placed him under arrest and he was ordered held for investigation. Police claim that at the time of Durgee's arrest he had $400 in cash on his person.
