Syracuse Journal, 14 May 1930: NURSE ASKS DIVORCE, CUSTODY OF 2 TOTS Charging that her husband, Clyde F. Durgee, has been residing with another woman whom he has represented as his wife. Mrs. Doris L. Durgee, Syracuse nurse, has filed a suit for divorce. She sets up that her husband and the other woman lived for some time in Clarissa ST, Rochester. The plaintiff asks custody of two children, a daughter of 7 and a son of 5, and alimony for their support. Syracuse Herald, 26 Nov 1930: NOTICE OF SUMMONS SUPREME COURT, Onondaga County-- Doris L.
