For the sum of $2,025.00 paid to Preserved Gibbs, Polly Gibbs, Gilbert Williams and his wife Hannah Gibbs, Nelson Slade and his wife Eunice Gibbs, Palmer Williams and his wife Asenath, and Job Gibbs heirs at law of Job Gibbs, quitclaimed the property.

Another Indenture was made on September 19, 1862 between Preserved Gibbs, Benjamin Gibbs, Hannah Gibbs Williams, Asenath Gibbs Williams, Eunice Gibbs Slade and Job Gibbs and David B Gibbs. quitclaimed additional property of their parents Job and Louisa Gibbs. They were paid the sum of $375.00. It appears that Benjamin Gibbs and Henry Gibbs were Job's brothers.
