Also, 1 negro boy named PHILL, l feather bed and furniture, two cows and calves To Mary Irvine and Elizabeth Tranum, Thomas Malone, Nathaniel Malone, Nathaniel, Beckie Andrews and Jeamson, Banister and Daniel, the rest of my estate after my debts are paid. I will that 1 negro man named Toney be sold. Witnesses were James Reynolds, Saml. Pate, Wm. Irvine, John Irvine, Burwell Grant. Codicil: To my daughter Patty Harding-1 shilling To my daughter Susanna Reynolds dec'd, 1 shilling To my son Peter Malone 1 shilling. Witn. Wm. Irvine, Saml Pate, John Irvine, Burell Grant.
