    link Collin1 CABOT, born probably about 1470, is the earlie11t Cabot from whom an unbroken line has been traced.
    In 7 Henry VIII (1515) a commission was sent by the King to Jersey, and in an inquisition they held at St. Heliers, Collin Cabot of Trinity Parish was one of the witnesses. The mother of this Collin Cabot was a daughter of Guillotine Nicollet and sister and co-heir of Jaquelte Nicolle, wife of John Grassier. Collin Cabot and his mother both died about 1515.
