SNOW CAMP — Mr. Clyde Harden Coble, 88, of 2418 Adams Farm Court, died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004, at Alamance Regional Medical Center. A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of the late Georgie Euliss Coble, and the son of the late Arce Coble and Etta Coble. He was retired from Kayser-Roth and was a lifetime member of Mount Hermon United Methodist Church. He was a charter member of Bellemont College and was an avid gardener. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs.. Lorrene Russell and her husband, Earl; a son, Wayne Coble and his wife, Lettie, of Burlington; two sisters, Mrs.. Pauline Coble of Burlington and Mrs.. Norene James of Snow Camp; a brother, Raymond Coble of Snow Camp; four grandchildren, Donna Merritt, Leslie Joyce, Stephen Russell, and Charles Russell; nine greatgrandchildren; and one greatgreat-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a sister, Beulah Lamm. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004 at Mount Hermon United Methodist Church by the Rev. George Johnson, and the Rev. Joe Wilburn. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Mortuary in Burlington from 6 to 8 this evening, and at other times at the residence of the son, Wayne Coble, 6825 N.C. 49 South, Burlington.
