CLARENCE EDWIN SONNEY

Clarence Edwin Sonney, 65, a well known pioneer Orondo orchardist, died in a Waterille hospital Sunday.

Born May 5, 1890 in Nebraska, he came to Orondo with his parents in 1900 at the age of 10 years. He attended Orondo public school and Sept 30, 1912, was married to Lucille Shepherd at Waterville.

He was a member of Badger Mountain Lodge No. 57, F & A. M. of Waterville and one of its past masters; also a member of the Orondo Grange.

Surviving are his widow, Lucille, one son Herbert G. Sonney of Orondo; two daughters, Miss Gladys Sonney of Wenatchee and Mrs. Jeff Fletcher of Ephrata; two sisters Mrs. Clyde Trapp and Mrs. Earl Chandler, both of Orondo; and four grandchildren.

Funeral serices are announced by Jones and Jones. Re. Raymond Pilcher officiating.
