    "22. Charles (4) Williams, second child Of Charles and Elizabeth (Weeks) Williams (14), was born at Hadley, Mass., October 1691 and died at East Haddam, Conn., April 27, 1769. Charles deeded land in Colchester by his father February 5, 1719. He was Selectman at East Haddam in 1742. He is buried near the Methodist Church in Moodus. He was lieutenant of the Haddam Militia."
