BIRTH: MARRIAGE: 12A8 HENRY KLINE/KLEIN OVERPECK was born June 26, 1827. Died September 25, 1907. Baptized the son of Conrad and Catharine (sometimes shown as Christine Overpeck) on August 26, 1827 at St. Luke's the sponsors were Samuel and Catharine Heller. Married Elizabeth Weidemeyer October 20, 1850 (Doylestown Intell.) By Rev. William B. Kaemmer (Lutheran minister at Keller's, Richlandtown and Hilltown) Eliza Anna was born April 6, 1829. Baptized the daughter of Jacob Weydemeyer and Catharina October 24, 1830 at Lower Tinicum Reformed Church the sponsors were Saml Killmer and wife Elizabeth. Eliza died February 1, 1909. In 1850 Henry is living with his parents age 23 and a carpenterin Nockamixon. Henry K. is listed as a carpenter in Tinicum with a mortgaged farm. Both Henry K. and Elisa were of Nockamixon at the time of marriage and both are buried in Ferndale. They had 12 children, of which 10 were still alive in the 1900 census. The 10 that I am aware of in no particular order at this time are James B. Overbeck; Catharine Steely born 3/16/1853; Louise (her mark) Haney; Emma Fluck baptized Mary Emma was born August 10, 1860; Amanda Yost; Mrs. Matilda Johnson the second wife of our subject born 1/24/1863; Aaron S. Rothrock. 1900 census shows Jacob was born August 1843 and Catharine was born March 1855 but this is probably the right one They are living in Tinicum Twp. It shows 3 children. 1921 in Ottsville. His tombstone indicates Jacob O. Born 1841 died 1924 Buried at St. Luke's Union Cemetery. Both are in Row 6 with Willis and Anna 12A811 Willis Steeley married Annie L.
