Mrs. Caroline Bourie-Ferry, widow of Lucien P. Ferry, died in Fort Wayne in 1914 [sic] shortly after the observance of her one hundredth birthday. At that time she lived with her daughter, Mrs. Eudora P. Boyles, though she had resided for a considerable period with her granddaughter, Miss Minnie Orvis (now Mrs. John O'Brien) at Decatur, Indiana. She was born at Detroit in 1814, and was brought to Fort Wayne by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Bourie.
