Looks like it says her father was born in "unknown" and mother in Mississippi.

Married 30 years (but Grant has them listed as married 32 years), and I can't read the column headings, but I think it shows that she has 5 children. Could be because Isabel had died before the census, leaving 5 living children? Father is listed as a US Citizen, and mother is listed as born in Mississippi. Riley is the only child living with them. Neoma listed next on the census as Neoma Dow, married for 0 years.
