CARL was employed at the Pioneer Hat Works in 1910, as was his father, and other relatives. In 1914 Carl was employed at the Wabash Cabinet Company, as were two of his brothers at some time in their careers.

Carl was a member of Foresters of America in 1914, and was "v.c.r.". Other members of the Foresters "Local Court, Wabash No. 9" were Philip Schlemmer, and Joseph Hipskind, who can be found in these WeRelate pages.

Below is an image of Falls Cemetery, and the area where Carl and his wife are buried. A number of his Lower relatives (11+) are buried in the area contained in the image. Carl & Rosa's stone is in the front row, where the hanging basket of flowers appears.
