ABT 19 Feb 1704/05, He swapped land to John Canfield for 60 acres on bothsides of Third River. Between 1716-1717, He witness to a deed. On 1 May1704, His father Edward Ball "planter" conveyed to him 50 aceres. He wasClerk of Courts 22 Jan 1692 & High Sherriff of Essex Co., 04 Nov 1693.The book "The Minutes of The Board of Proprieters of the Eastern Divisionof New Jersey from 1725-1744, Vol. 2", lists Caleb Ball, and Caleb BallJr. on page 277. Probably lived with his sons, Caleb and John, atMillbrook at his death. Name of wife Sarah appeared once only, on a deed,Feb 19, 1705/06.
