"From an issue of "The Lovell Chronicle", May 10, 1934" "Divorce Granted"Divorce proceedings commenced by Birdye Threet against Ollie B.[Bee] Threet were disposed of Monday in District Court when Mrs. Threet was granted an absolute divorce by Judge R. M. Hattersley. The case was scheduled for trial before a jury. "Mr. and Mrs. Threet were married near Lovell, July 10, 1915, and have three minor children. Threet initially contested the action. A stipulation was later filed and provided that the answer might be withdrawn and Threet's default entered. As a result the divorce was granted without contest. In addition to a divorce, Mrs. Threet was granted the custody of the three minor children. Great Falls (Montana) Tribune"
