Obituary BEULAH HUGHES HOULTON - Beulah Hughes, 76, died Feb. 6, 1991, at a local hospital. She was born Dec. 11, 1914, at Mapleton, the daughter of Norman and Lena (Thompson) McHatten. Mrs. Hughes was a member of the Houlton Wesleyan Church. She is survived by her husband, Russell of Houlton; two sons, Wayne of Portland and Reginald of Connecticut; three daughters, Patricia VanEss of Florida, Leanna Toner of Hodgdon and Myrna London of Hodgdon; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held for the family at the Dunn Funeral Home. Friends may make gifts in her memory to the Houlton Wesleyan Church, care of the Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton 047300-0127.
