Suddenly at home on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the age of 83 years. Dearly beloved husband and soul mate of Nell for 55 years. Devoted and loving father of Hugh (Cathy) and Pamela Shouldice. Beloved grandpa of John Pouliot (Jessica), Jesse (Monica), Mathew and Meganne Shouldice; great-grandfather of Emma and Zoey. Dear brother of William (Aletta), Maurice (late Marie) and many brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces in Canada and Holland. Former employee of Algoma Ore and Paratrooper serving in the far east with the Dutch Military. Friends may call at the NORTHWOOD FUNERAL HOME (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday, May 1, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Phil Miller officiating.
