KRAAN, William "Bill" - Peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday July 7, 2016 at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, Collingwood, Ontario. Bill of Stayner, beloved husband of Aletta (nee: Visser). Loving father of Rob (Liz), Jennifer Scott (Wayne), Michael (Susan) and Tim (Monica). Proud Opa of Derek, Andrew, Nathan, Joshua and Elijah Kraan, Angie and Kendall Scott and Bryan Mercier (Leanne). Great Opa to Rebecca Scott-Morris, Olivia, Kamryn and Adelle Mercier. Bill will be sadly missed by brothers Ries of Collingwood, Arie of the Netherlands and his sister Margaret of the Netherlands. Pre-deceased by 8 brothers and 4 sisters. Bill will be sorely missed by his relatives and friends. Friends will be received at Carruthers and DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME - Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Monday July 18, 2016 from 1 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m. In memory of Bill donations may be made to Collingwood General and Marine Hospital Foundation where he was lovingly cared for in the last few months of his life.
