    16. Archibald McAfee Sevier, son of John Sevier, junior, and his third wife, Sophia Smith Garoutte Sevier, was born August 2, 1829. He assumed the maintenance and education of his youngest sister Martha, while he was still quite young. He moved to Missouri in 1856. He lived in Neosha Mo. until his death. He married Paulina Belle Sutton but had no children.
