'Three Rehoboth women, ... Anne Sutton, who married 23 9 mo. 1651 John Daggett, Jr., b. about 1626, ... do not fit into any other family, and therefore were probably children of John1 Sutton, because Julian Sutton in her nuncupative will, dated 25 Apr. 1678, refers to "the rest of the children," who were evidently then living (Plymouth Deeds (Wills), vol. 3. pt. 2, p.210).'
