- THIS INDENTURE made this tweith day of ffebruary 1725 and 6 Between PHILLIP STOCKDEL and ANN STOCKDEL his Wife one of the Sisters of CORNELIUS CLOWSON late of this County of Essex of one part and WILLIAM GOULDING of said County of other part WITNESSETH that said Phillip Stockdell and Ann his wife in consideration of sum of Sixteen pounds Sterling mony of great Brittain or cash Seventeen penny wt and a half to them paid by said William Goulding they do grant unto William Goulding a certain parcell of land in Essex County being one third part of a tract of land containing 200 acres formerly given to THOMAS CLOWSON father of Cornelius Clowson above said included within a Pattent granted to CORNELIUS NOEL bearing date the 23rd day of October 1690 for 390 acres of land the said 200 acres of land is the land and plantation whereon said William Goulding now dwells

- At Court held for Essex County the 15 March 1725
- Phillip Stockdell and Ann his Wife the said Ann being first privately examined acknowledged this their Deed to William Golding which on his motion is admitted to record
