Received from Jean Panke, April 4, 2006 in Hannah Yourth.jpg:
Hand written date on clipping - 1959

The sudden passing of Mr. Ferdinand Luloff on Aug. 30th, in the General Hospital at Pembroke, came as a shock to his relatives and friends. He was in his 74th year.

Born July 17, 1886, in North Algona Township, he was a son of the late Ferdinand Luloff and his wife, Hannah Yourth. He was united in marriage to Miss Pearl Raglan, who survives, on Sept. 25, 1935, in St. John's Lutheran Church, Bonnechere. He lived on the homestead until the last two years, when he resided with Mr. and Mrs. Albert Weckworth.

The largely-attended funeral took place on Wednesday afternoon from the residence to the E.U.B. Church, with the Pastor, Rev. F. W. Krotz, officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.

Surviving, besides his wife, is one son, Velnor, of Pembroke; also two brothers, William and John, of Golden Lake, besides many other relatives and friends.

Pall-bearers were Messrs. Deiter Drobwrolskie, Wolfgang Grutzmacher, Albert Weckworth, Carl Luloff, Thos. E. McCann and George Lehman.

Many relatives and friends attended the wake and funeral from the surrounding district.
