Wilhelmine C Yourth and Carolina Youth/Youart could be the same person. The 1871 census only lists Caroline who was 2 at the time and in 1881 Carolina was 12.

Alternativvely, Wilhelmine died prior to the 1871 census. Other sources including her gravemarker indicate Caroline was born in 1870, so Wilhelmine would have been older. Gordon Wilkinson shows her birth date as June 28, 1868, but notes that this may be a date of death.

Gordon's birth date of June 28 is only one day different from Caroline's birth date of June 27th, but the years are different.
