- In the Name of God Amen. I ANNE MARY GABBARD of Culpeper County being sick & weak in body but of sound & perfect memory .. have thought fit to make this my last Will and Testament .. and first and principally I do recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it .. and as to those worldly goods ..
- I give and bequeath unto my beloved Grandson HENRY JONES all my whole Estate both real and personal ..
- I do hereby appoint my beloved Grandson Henry Jones whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testment ,.
