Son John b.ca1743 in Germany d. 1808-9 in Rowan Co., NC m. Margaretha Snapp , dau of Lorentz and Elizabeth Eyler Snapp. Their sons, Jacob and Martin Rindleman were in Union Co., IL by 1813. See German Speaking People West of The Catawba River in NC 1750-1800. It contains an extensive sketch on this and the Snapp family. Although Christopher lived on the East side of the Catawba, there were children and grandchildren who lived on the west side. A daughter, Sophia Rintleman m. 13 Aug 1766 to Martin Miller. They later moved into Lincoln Co., NC, Christian Co., KY, Cape Girardeau Co., MO and died in Lawrence (now Randolph) Co., AR. They were parents of Elizabeth Miller that m. John Perkins in Christian Co., KY and later moved to Cape Girardeau (now Bollinger) Co., MO and died there. They are my husband's grgrgrandparents. |
