Ann Overton, (first) daughter of Thomas Overton of Bardney, brick maker, by Elizabeth[1] Fowler,[2] was born on 21 August 1841 in Bardney, Lincolnshire, England; the birth was registered in the district of Lincoln Union by her mother on 9 September.[2] Ann was baptized 28 August in the parish of Bardney.[1]
