Mrs. J. W. Pratt died last Friday at her home in West Mexico after a protracted illness. She was in her 69th year and had resided in Mexico for many years. She was the mother of a large family of children, Mrs. J. B. Botkin and J. D. Pratt being the only members living in Mexico. The remains were interred Sunday. Funeral services were donducted at the family residence Ledger (Mexico, Audrain, Missouri) Thursday, 13 November 1890.
